Vyntelligence is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its advisory, as it continues to expand its market leadership in creating superior customer experience, faster green energy deployments with improved workforce productivity and ESG impact in the Infrastructure, Telecom, Energy and Utilities sectors.
Guy Richelle, ex Chief Risk, Sustainability & Strategy Officer and Board Member at NOMAC, a fully owned subsidiary of ACWA Power, has held various C-suite roles within the Energy industry, including at Engie SA, GDF SUEZ Energy International & Westinghouse Nuclear. He is active and interested in the energy transition and Net Zero pathways, and holds a Masters in Climate Change from King’s College London.
Guy will advise on opportunities to create tangible efficiencies within all phases of large scale power operations and maintenance, driving frontline workforce productivity and reducing field visits.
Guy said, “Kapil and his cutting-edge global team have proven expertise helping large energy producers reach quicker business decisions in managing their sustainability portfolios. I look forward to more innovative use cases from Vyn to help Green Energy and IPP Construction, Operations & Maintenance executives and field staff perform more safely and efficiently.”
Alan Robb, ex Strategic Advisor and CIO, SSE Energy Solutions, has focused on driving business transformation with technology, particularly in the Energy and Utilities sectors. He has led numerous outsourcing initiatives and technology transformation efforts, and has a strong track record of promoting disruptive technologies to underpin business objectives.
Alan said, “Vyn is one of those disruptive technologies that helps transform businesses and promote customer centricity, offering capabilities which streamline both sets of experiences through the use of ‘intelligent video’ capabilities. It is a proven technology, secure, pre-integrated with many systems and readily adaptable for a broad range of use cases. Vyn accelerates the benefit realisation for businesses and customers, by reducing or removing multiple process steps for both. It is a cloud-based, highly scalable solution. It is low risk and delivers readily identifiable benefits very rapidly – pilots often take a few weeks instead of months to arrange, and live service can continue directly thereafter.”
“I want to see the technology being leveraged for innovative purposes and am delighted to provide independent advice to look at optimisation of the platform and development of support for new business processes and use cases” he added.
Kapil Singhal, CEO & Co-Founder of Vyntelligence said, “We are privileged to gain from Guy’s and Alan’s insights and warmly welcome them onto the Vyntelligence Advisory Team. Guy’s passion for driving a Net Zero Future is infectious and we are excited to bring new learnings to our clients grappling with operational and cost efficiency issues in their Energy Transition journeys. Alan’s practical experience in building outcomes-based systems with strong focus on data and cloud-based digital technologies helps us take an industry-leading view on transforming people’s behaviours and simplifying work processes.
Their combined experience would enable us to create the right platform that motivates leadership change management, strategic realignments and innovation needed for greater internal efficiencies. This is particularly important at a time when the industry needs to improve workforce productivity, build simpler customer experiences and accelerate the achievement of Net Zero targets. We are committed to help our clients achieve faster deployments, faster customer resolutions and safer work with Vyn™ Customer Self Service and Contractor Self Audit solutions. ”
