When did you join and what do you do at Vyn?
I first got associated with Vyn in 2014. I have dabbled with roles in Marketing and Operations. I am currently part of the Customer Success team as a Customer Success Engineer focussing on the Asia Pacific region and providing back-office support to various Vyn functions.
Tell us about your typical day.
My typical day starts with a stroll with Calvin (my 8 year old Beagle boy) and a cup of tea to kick off the day. I then begin my day at Vyn – working with numbers, data crunching and analysis. Calls with colleagues and clients on how we can improve our methods are both productive and fun. Some family time later in the evening with walks and a coffee break at the neighbourhood Starbucks rounds up the day.
What do you enjoy about working at Vyn?
The thing I like the most is our team spirit – we work and network well, everyone is just a call away for help and guidance.
How do you feel as a working mother at Vyn?
I took a sabbatical of 10 years to be there with my kids in their formative years. Vyn has given me a platform to get back to work after this break. Vyn enables me to contribute while maintaining a perfect balance between work and life.
When you’re not Vynning, how are you winning?
I am glad that I get time for family and friends along with work. This includes spending time with my daughters, talking to them about their future plans and guiding them as they make their career choices. Apart from that, I have my Calvin to pamper me with love, some home gardening, occasional family holidays with long drives and time with friends from school, college and beyond 🙂
