Vyntelligence, the AI powered SmartVideoNotes platform that drives frontline workforce productivity and reduces field visits has appointed Gaurav Baveja as Chief Financial Officer to further propel expansion as the platform gains marquee clients with usage in 12 countries.
Based in the NYC area, Gaurav will forge new strategic partnerships to enhance distribution in the fast growing video data capture & annotation space as well as leverage investment for expansion, notably in N. America. He will also own operations & processes to track company metrics, compliance and accounting.
Gaurav joins Vyntelligence with a wealth of US experience from Vonage, the $1.25Bn business cloud communications provider, where he was most recently running Finance and Operations for the Applications Group, the SaaS unit.
He joined Vonage in 2015 in Corporate Development and Strategy, where he executed numerous buyside acquisitions including Nexmo, Tokbox and NewVoiceMedia. Prior to Vonage, Gaurav was a Director in Investment Banking at Wells Fargo, focusing on M&A in the technology and telecom sectors. He started his career at Deloitte Consulting.
