Vyntelligence has been chosen as a digital partner to support Telent in the NHS Ambulance Radio Programme (ARP) Mobile Data Vehicle Solution (MDVS). The MDVS programme is a replacement of communications equipment within all 11 NHS ambulance trust vehicles in England. Through partnering with Vyntelligence, Telent’s field service engineers will be able to carry out all vehicle inspections, checks and installation of equipment from their smart mobile device, removing all aspects of paper-based job sheets through a single digital workflow solution.
All vehicle field services activity will be controlled and managed via an end-to-end seamless digital assurance process that the field engineers’ access via the Vyn application on their smartphone or tablet. Vyn SmartVideoNotes makes it simple to capture the information, using short asynchronous video with automated AI annotation capabilities giving both Telent and the NHS Ambulance Trusts the ability to review, triage and remote audit the work carried out to ‘close the loop’ faster, saving carbon miles in inspection visits and improving customer experience.
Vyntelligence patented technologies and smart categorisation of these data streams enable a customisable, mobile-friendly service execution platform that empowers frontline teams, customers, and partners with augmented intelligence to improve the service delivered.
Grant Cowans, Head of Operations (Ambulance Radio Programme) Telent said: “Having the Vyn Smart mobile application will provide tangible benefits and savings for both Telent and our customers, it will reduce time on site, allow our teams to carry out real time audits and very importantly help contribute towards meeting Telent’s commitment to reduce our carbon footprint.”
Kapil Singhal, Co-founder and CEO of Vyntelligence said: “We are delighted and extremely proud to have been chosen by Telent, to support them on this vital emergency service programme to digitally assure efficient delivery with high quality & safety of service. We remain committed to our ecosystem of partners and enable sustainable innovation that is simple to use, simple to deploy and scale within weeks”
