Personal Accounts

If you want to request for a deletion of your personal account, please send an email to [email protected] requesting your account to be deleted.

Please provide your username/email address. We will validate the request and delete the account and data within 30 days.

Note: This action, once initiated, cannot be reversed.

Corporate Accounts

If your account is associated with an organisation, please be aware that the data retention policies as agreed with your employer will apply. You can reach out to the manager/supervisor in case you want to delete your account/data.
