Prior to Vyn, Gaurav ran Finance and Operations for the Applications Group at Vonage. He joined Vonage in September 2015 in their Corporate Development and Strategy team, where he spent 3 years on M&A, corporate/growth strategy and Board/investor communications.

Prior to Vonage, Gaurav was a Director in Investment Banking at Wells Fargo, focusing on M&A in the technology and telecom sectors.

He now lives in Holmdel, New Jersey, USA. He is an avid traveller, loves cooking with family and a glass of wine, and tennis. Gaurav is also a strong proponent of giving back, and serves on the Board of the local community hospital and on the Finance Committee of Holmdel.
