• Been granted 2 new patents from the USPTO, combining human insight and artificial intelligence with commercial workflows
• Inspired 2 new large clients to reimagine their Field Service workflows with vyn – now integrated with Field Service Lightning and available on the Salesforce AppExchange
• Launched vyn’s smart recommendations, intent spotting and vynFluence score
• Moved our HQ to London King’s Cross, and expanded to the Asia Pacific region led by Mohan Menon
• Been nominated for 2 incredible awards in Women’s Empowerment and Dreampitch
