Vyntelligence has won the Health, Safety & Wellbeing award at the Anglian Water Supplier Awards 2026, alongside our partners in the IMRWR Alliance: Anglian Water Services, Clancy and the wider Alliance team.
We made the shortlist in early September, and the winners were announced at an evening celebration in Peterborough on Monday 21 September.
An award that belongs to the whole Alliance
The IMRWR Alliance is Anglian Water's infrastructure maintenance and repair alliance. Its partners find and fix leaks, repair burst mains, replace lead pipes, prevent service strikes and manage network pressure across the region. Much of that work happens on live networks, in open excavations and close to roads and the public.
Safety on a programme like this depends on every partner working from the same picture of risk. Anglian Water calls its approach Safer Every Day: one unifying way of looking after health, safety and wellbeing across Anglian Water and its partners. This award recognises the Alliance as a whole, and we are proud to be part of it.
Safety that starts before work begins

Our work with the Alliance brings Agentic Video Intelligence into health and safety. Frontline teams use Vyntelligence to capture site conditions on video, collaborate on risk with colleagues and supervisors, and close the loop before the first excavation starts. Risks are flagged and resolved at the planning stage, while there is still time to change the plan.
The same approach is making field work safer for other customers, from how Cadent Gas improved safety and compliance in its street works to how IMSERV is using Vyn to make smart metering visits safer.
What it means to us
Kapil Singhal, CEO and Co-founder of Vyntelligence, said:
"Winning this award with the IMRWR Alliance means a great deal to our whole team. Safety is the first thing we design Vyntelligence around. When crews can see and share the risks on site before they start, they make better decisions and everyone goes home safe. The credit belongs to the people across the Alliance who put that into practice every day, and we are proud to work alongside them."
What we can achieve together

The day after the awards, our team joined more than 140 colleagues and partners at Anglian Water's annual Supplier Day. The programme mixed idea-sharing, relationship building and mini-hackathons on the challenges ahead, and it gave us a valuable day with partners from across the supply chain, talking through how we can work more closely together.
That focus on working more closely together runs through Anglian Water's plans. As it delivers its most ambitious plan yet, Anglian Water has set out deeper partnerships with suppliers as central to driving innovation, sustainability and performance. We look forward to building on the Alliance's safety work with the whole team in the years ahead.
A year of recognition with our partners
This is our second water industry win of 2026. Earlier this year we won Asset Management Initiative of the Year at the Water Industry Awards with Northumbrian Water Group. In telecoms, we are shortlisted for Best Technology Partnership at the ISPA Awards 2026 alongside Gigaclear. Each of these sits with a partner, and that's exactly how we like it. The work we're proudest of is always the work we do together.
Congratulations to our fellow winners: Switchserve, Arqiva, Aiimi, Anglian Water's one Alliance, Curzon Consulting, IDenteq, Selwood and Suffolk New College. Thank you to Anglian Water for a brilliant couple of days, and to everyone in the IMRWR Alliance who made this possible.
