Innovation in the tech world often feels like a series of incremental steps, but every so often, a moment arrives that validates an entire decade of direction. For Vyntelligence (Vyn®), that moment arrived at the AWS Partner Summit in London. 

Our platform was featured in the keynote as a premier success story out of thousands of partners in the AWS ecosystem. Vyn® was one of only a handful of partners selected to be showcased on the main stage. 

A keynote to remember

The stage was set by a powerhouse of AWS leadership. Joe Carroll - UKI Director for Partners, was joined by visionaries like Alison Kay, Chris Grusz, and Antonio Alonso Lopez, alongside Charlie Sanderson, Bhargs Srivathsan, and Rachel Lockwood.

Their collective message shared how technology is moving past basic automation toward systems that can plan, adapt, and deliver real-world outcomes at scale. To align with this vision, AWS established four strategic focus areas for scaling AI solutions. 

These pillars served as the framework for how the most impactful partner stories were featured:

1. Agentic AI & Autonomous Systems: AI that plans and adapts using tools like Amazon Bedrock.

2. Security & Responsible AI: Ensuring innovation remains safe in regulated industries.

3. Partner Ecosystem Expansion: Combining AWS solutions with deep domain expertise.

4. Data Sovereignty: Addressing residency and compliance across EMEA markets.

Vyntelligence's success story was recognised under the first pillar: Agentic AI & Autonomous systems.

Built on Bedrock, validated by experts

For Vyn®, being showcased as part of Agentic AI & Autonomous Systems was a powerful validation of our status as an AWS Energy and Utilities Competency Partner. Built on Bedrock, our agentic AI foundation is the result of over ten years of perfecting the craft and closing the data gap between high-level strategy and the boots-on-the-ground reality of field operations.

The spotlight focused on our partnership with Currys, the UK’s leading omnichannel technology retailer, showcasing how Vyn® fundamentally shifts the way a large-scale enterprise delivers customer satisfaction:

• A significant uplift in first-time fix rates.

• A reduction in unnecessary engineer callouts.

• An NPS jump from 80 to 84.
