1. When did you join and what do you do at Vyn?
I first started in 2020 as an intern. I then became a full time member in 2021 as an Infrastructure and Security Engineer.
2. Tell us about your typical day.
My day can vary depending on the what is required on the day. I work on customer RFP/RFIs in which we answer questions about the Vyn platform and company policies and procedures. I also work on projects that relate to our security standing, for example, testing our disaster recovery processes, conducting internal vulnerability scanning and penetration testing. Depending on the time of year, I also assist in certification assessments like IASME. I also help new employees with compliance and data protection/GDPR induction.
3. What do you enjoy about working at Vyn?
I like how diverse the company is. I get to work with people all over the globe who I would typically not get the chance to talk to and work with. Being a remote worker allows me to have a great work-life balance. Most of all I like the interaction between everyone at the company – everyone is very kind and amazing to work with!
4. When you’re not Vynning, how are you winning? Tell us about what you like to do outside of work.
In my spare time I like playing games. I’m currently replaying of the Assassin’s Creed games, Diablo 4 and Valorant. I also enjoy cooking and trying new recipes I find online. I also like to build gaming computers and swapping hardware!
