Client Success Manager - London

The successful candidate must be social, analytical, possess an aptitude for learning and using new software, and be able to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels. We will expect you to engage with our clients, maximise value, and create strategies to grow our client base.

We are a SaaS provider of rich video and speech data capture and analytics within the workflows of large field workforces (field engineers, field service, auditing, reporting, health-and-safety, sales, etc). Our customers are typically large multinationals: utilities, telecoms, manufacturing, facilities management etc.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Ability to produce analytical and insightful reports that quantify customer value
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written English
  • Exemplary and demonstrable interpersonal skills - experienced in onboarding and training new clients to use software-based solutions
  • Highly flexible but organised - able to manage multiple projects and support adjacent team
  • Proactive nature to maximise engagement and customer success
  • Passion for improving service delivery processes and workflows

Desired Technical requirements

  • Knowledge of Google Drive (Docs/ Sheets/ Slides), GitHub, Slack
  • Passionate about innovation and new technologies
  • Experience in the delivery of remote site/facility management (operational workflows) an advantage
  • Flexibility to work from home and travel to UK based clients preferred
